Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines:
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Your consideration helps us serve all of our patients effectively and efficiently.
Refund Policy
- All sales on treatments, products, and services are final.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service or experience any adverse effects, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and offer solutions.
- Product exchanges may be available if unopened and unused, returned within 7 days of purchase, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
We are committed to your satisfaction and wellness and will always do our best to make things right.
Payment Policy
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments.
- For packages or prepaid treatments, full payment is required before the first session.
- Gratuity for aesthetic services is optional but always appreciated.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, it will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will result in a $25 fee or loss of your prepaid deposit for nurse visits.
- For all other services, a 50% service fee will be charged for no-shows.
- Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service as a courtesy to the next client.
- For services that cannot be shortened, late arrivals may result in rescheduling your appointment.
Consent Forms
Consent forms must be updated annually or any time your medical history changes.
All clients are required to complete and sign consent forms before their first treatment. These forms ensure you are fully informed about the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare.
